17 Places For MLM Leads

Fresh flow of leads is the lifeblood of any online business. Have you ever had a hard time with getting network marketing leads for your business? In today’s post I’m going to be sharing 17 places for mlm leads.  You won’t need to be applying all of these as it will create more leads than you can probably handle.  At the bottom of this post I’ll share which lead sources are my favorite…

List of 17 Places for MLM Leads

  1.  Warm Market – People who know, like, and trust you.  Examples of contacts in your network that are part of your warm market are, business acquaintances, anyone you regularly hire for any kind of service, friends, family, people you know from church, any social groups "wam market"you are part of.
  2. Referrals – This is people just outside of your immediate network that can easily be part of your growing network marketing pool of potential partners and customers. To learn more on the best way to get referrals see my Referral Training Post here.
  3. Social Networking – Networking on sites like twitter, Facebook, Google +, and all kinds of other social networking sites are a jack pot to meet people. Facebook has been my favorite.
  4. Meet Up Groups – Visit http://www.meetup.com/ and you can find all kinds of groups that have your personal interests and these are perfect to easily find people that are like you that you can start new relationships with.
  5. Networking Groups – These are groups for professionals who are looking to drum up more business and also a great place to get referrals.  The best thing to do here is be focused on other people and not prospect at the event, just collect as many cards and meet as many people as you can.  Then when you get home the next day, connect and prospect.
  6. Online Marketing – Instead of continuously prospecting forever you can generate leads online to attract prospects to you who are already looking for what you are offering.  Learn More by Clicking Here
  7. Local Business Board – Around all different small businesses some have cork boards where you can hang flyers and business cards.  This is a great source to meet other go-getters and especially network marketers. You will want to lead your drop cards here and take business cards from this board to. Here are some scripts on how to call these professional people.
  8. Facebook Advertising – Screen Shot 2015-03-11 at 3.16.26 PMCurrently Facebook advertising is all about re-targeting and pixel placements.  These strategy has created a great amount of results with affiliate marketing. One training I recommend is available here
  9. Youtube Marketing – Creating Youtube videos to speak to your target audience is a very effective way to build a relationship with your audience over the internet. A lot of our non verbal communication is able to be expressed in the form of video as opposed to just text or audio.
  10. Signs – Using yard signs strategically placed at busy intersections can provide a constant stream of people to talk to about your network marketing business. Check out this post on how I generate leads with Signs.
  11. Craigslist – Craigslist is a strategy with low barriers to entry. The lead quality has always varied for me personally but it is an excellent free strategy to do. Click here to see other posts on Craigslist
  12. Drop Cards –  Dropcards are exactly what it sounds like. Small business cards usually very interesting looking that cause people to pick them up. On the inside of the card is an advertisement or call to action to learn more about your product, service, or opportunity.

  14. Blogging – Writing blog posts to my target audience has been incredibly effective in the form of blogging. My target is home based business entrepreneurs. Your goal is to lead with value and provide solutions to problems your audience may have which in turn will create trust and fans followed by customers and partners.
  15.   16. Live Events – People who are serious about their businesses are the ones who are traveling to attend live events. If you want to meet the players in your industry attend industry events. By doing this I’ve established some great partners and friendships with people I would have never otherwise met.
  17. Marketing Online – In 2009 I started learning about online marketing and since that time it has been a catapult fast track for meeting more people to sponsor, make sales, help, and acquire coaching clients. I personal use the #1 Online Marketing System in the home based business industry and have been blessed to be put on their Master Marketer’s Advisory Board and be a top producer.

The reality is that all of these tactics work or I would not be sharing them.  It’s up to you what you like best to run with.  My favorite tactic is to use Marketing Online because I prefer people contacting me and requesting more information about my network marketing company rather than me having to prospect a LOT of people like I use to.
