Get Paid To Recruit While Holiday Shopping

"home business leader"Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday to me today.  Its my favorite time of the year and historically one of the best times for network marketing.  While your out battleing the cold and searching for the perfect gift don’t you think you should be getting paid for all that hard work?  Today’s post is going to teach how to prospect for network markeintg business while you’re out.

Everyone’s primary goal is to get gifts for their loved ones.  But besides the shoppers who is looking to make extra money during the holiday season?  Some of my favorites I been prospecting are store managers and waiters/waitresses.  I’ll show exactly how I’m prospecting these people specifically.

Store Managers

"Home Business Leader"I like these people especially because they are usually responsible, good at working with others, and motivated.  What I have been doing is going into stores that are for upper class consumers.  I like watch stores, jewlry, and high class retail clothing.  Here is your basic script to store managers

You: Hey There, you are the manager here?
Ok, I’m looking for a manager here at XYZ mall to help me grow my business. I don’t know who it is going to be yet but I’m looking for someone sharp to work with. Do you know anyone, thats open to making an extra income?

They will either identify themselves as someone, say “No, I don’t know anyone,” or give you a referral.  You can also do this to anyone at a cash register.

You: How do you like working here?
If positive leave them be. If negative you can go to
You: What would you rather be doing?

You: You know___Johnny Employee______ I don’t know if you’d be interested in this but I have a home based business that could make you some extra money, freedom, ect(whatever you feel their need is).  Do you keep your options open when it comes to making money?

Restaurant People
Waiters and waitresses are some of the best people to have on your team.  They are used to working for tips or earning their money and are great people persons.  I always try to tip them well, they never get enough credit.  At the end of my dining I’ll ask the waiter or waitress,
You: You know you did a great job tonight, you seem real sharp. I’m always looking for sharp people to work with. This may or may not be for you but do you keep your options open when it comes to making money?
Two scenarios here
Waiter: No not really.
You: Ok thanks for your time.
Waiter: Yea, whats it about.
You: I don’t have time to go into now but let me get your info and we can talk.

Get the info and follow up with a chance to get a presentation to them.

You know one of the leaders on my team, Colin Bulla, brought on a local restaurant owner using this script a few months ago and since then we have started doing weekly meetings at his team members restaurant.  I just wanted to give a big thanks to Carmello Lamotta for hosting us at Lamotta’s and all the delicious food he makes for us.  Merry Christmas buddy.

These are non threatening non salesy style of prospecting while doing your holiday shopping. This may seem pretty easy to do….well its cause it is.
