How To Grow Your Team The Fastest Way Possible

In a network marketing business are goal is to get rich, but we all know its not a get rich quick business.  Its a get filthy rich in 12-36 month business.  Why? Because it takes a little time to build it.  I’m all about hauling ass and I love going fast on my skateboard or anything else with wheels.  So how can we apply hauling ass to your network marketing business?

Well hmm, who are the people who are already successful networkers?  Who has strong circles of influence?  Who do you know that is already successful, a go getter, or financially free?  Often times we look at people who have made a name for themselves and we tend to distance ourselves by saying something negative about them or making an excuse why you can’t be successful like them.  But heres the key, anyone can be successful if they commit to it, already picture yourself being successful, and surround yourself with the people who have the life you want.  Heres one of my favorite quotes…

” You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. ” ~ Jim Rohn

So to grow your team the fastest way possible is to team up with the most successful people you can find.  In corporate america companies are looking for the best and the brightest to work with them.  Would I be more inclined to work with a Harvard Graduate or waitress from Denny’s?  You wanna work with those who are hungry and looking for more.  What separates successful people from others is that they are willing to do what the majority of people are not.  So you need to be that person, you want to build a massive team find people who you think will be mass recruiters.  Seek out individuals who have built companies, teams, coaches, network marketing companies, and work with those individuals because they are the ones who generate the fastest growth in your team.

But how do you find these people?

Where do successful people you know associate?  Maybe its at a monthly networking club, certain day at the golf course, book club, facebook group or page, think about the people in your J-O-B who just kill it and find out what they do.  Often times the people who are crushing it have other friends and associates just like them and this is why you want to work with those people.  I would rather have a team of 5 action takers and serious business builders than 100 negative nancys and debbie downers who bring on one or two people over the course of a year.

How Do I approach these people with my business?

Well if you have read some of my other blog posts you already know this but heres a recap.  Befriend people, take a genuine interest in them, find out more about them and what makes them tick.  Then when you feel the time is right, ” you know Mr  John Money Banks this may not be for you, you may not be interested but I get paid to promote gold and silver and show others how to do the same.  Do you have an interest in that?”  Or you know however you are taught to talk about your business.

You want to recruit up, find people who are more successful than you, have bigger wallets then you, have the money the cars whatever is important do you and bring those people into your organization.

For those of you on my team already we are going to talking about this on our next coaching call.  So start making your list of people who are like this.  Haha I used to call it my chicken list, every person on this list I was afraid to talk to or respected them a lot.  All of those people are awesome, and so will you be!
