How To Stay Pumped, Motivated, and Hungry With Your Business!

Boom Baby! With any business your going to have ups and downs, sometimes you’ll hate it, other times you will be so in love with what your doing you can’t believe you even had a job and thats the feeling you want to have when working.  “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity”~ 1 Timothy 4:12 How can you keep that hunger? You know one of my best friends Ray says, “I wanna be around people with more desires than excuses.”  How do we be those people with more desire than excuses!?  I don’t always feel motivated and feel like continueing, but when I feel like this I follow these steps and get back to normal.

1. Develop Your Why

  • Why are you doing this business or why are you in this industry?  If you can get down to the nitty gritty of what you want in your life you can develope a passion for what you do.  Now this is just for me, I can not be in a cubicle working 9-5.  psh I can barely sit still lol.  I want to have a family and children that don’t have to go through hard times.  I wanna give my family the world.  I’m also incredibly addictted to skateboarding and if I had a J-O-B I would not be able to pursue another passion of mine.  I want to do what I want when I want to do it without having to worry about what others will say, judge of me, or have limitations that prevent me from living that way.  What is your why!? Figure it out and write it down or video yourself and when you feel unmotivated take a look and remember why you are doing this!

2. Watch the Leaders in Your Organization do the presentation

  • Every once in awhile you need a refresher a reboost you need to plug in and feel it!  Live your biz!  The leaders in your biz have developed a passion for what they are doing and I don’t know about you but I always feel motivated and inspired after watching someone truely passionate about what they are doing speak.

3. Get to the meetings and super saturdays

  • Theres a little known secret that people that go to the company events grow the biggest teams. Something special happens at events where you see the people who are killing it in your biz and you want to be them.  No? Then why in your head to picture them as a leader?  You become inspired and motivated to do your biz and want to get on that stage.  You may not feel that way now but after an event you leave energized and excited.

4. Surround Yourself with Go Getters!

  • I forget where I heard this but, “you are the sum of the 5 people you surround yourself the most with.”  If you are around a bunch of negative nancys than thats you may be.  You want to be around people who are going after what they want, taking no prisoners and not letting life and their circumstances hold them back.  I hope to be the poorest, smallest, least successful person in the room at all times.  If I am that person that means I only have room to grow and learn from the successful people around me. 

5. Have a Business That You Can Be Passionate About and Get Paid Very Handsomely

  • I Talk to a lot of people who are in a business or job that they hate.  They don’t even know why there doing other that they have been working for so long that they know nothing else and need to support their family. I’m part of a business where I get paid 100% match of 100% of the people that join me.  Now thats powerful and something that keeps me personally motivated, hungry, and inspired.  We work very hard and need to be paid well for doing it.  When you bring 12 people into your business you should at least make $1200 up front and so should others. Ron’sPassionateBusiness
  • There is a lot of us in the health and wellness sector of the industry(I am not) which I believe is easy to be passionate about.  You get to help others become healthy, stay in shape, ect while getting paid for it.  Something needs to resonate with you personally, something that you can believe in, and inspires you to grow and be better person.  I encourage to find that business that does it for you!

Get out there and be a world changer.  There is something powerful and great inside everyone of us.  You know Ghandi says, “Be the change in the world you want to see.”  When you start living powerfully that way others will be attracted to you and inspired.  Here is a link of me living powerfully and free of limitations http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAfq2DIwVgU Not everyone will say yes to you or your opportunity.  It does not mean they are rejecting you its just not a fit for them and thats fine, so what who cares, bring on that abundance mentality.  Making money is not for everyone lol.  It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.
