My Warm Market is Gone! Now What!?

My warm market is gone, all done, bye bye, I talked to everyonewarm market

I know. I have heard this quite a bit recently. More often than not I find that this is simply not the case. I had what I like to call a chicken list, which was my list of the most successful and wealthy people I know (all of which I was afraid to call). You know whats weird? These are the best people you could want to have in your business but I was afraid to call them. I know crazy right lol. Ok so reexamine if you really have tapped out your warm market, it took me about 4-5 months to do this.  But with do you do if really have run out…

Some guys on my team have said, My warm market is gone.  What do I do after I talk to my warm market, whats next?

My response is,
Ron: well did you get some new reps when you talked to your warm market?
You: yea I got a few
Ron: So lets make a new warm market

How to never run out of warm market

warm market referralReferral

The People who say no to working with you in your primary business do know some people who would be interested.  Ask for a referral.  Heres how you ask…

Prospect: Yeah, this just isn’t for me…(or whatever their reason is)
You: Hey its not everyone, but who do you know that would be interested in making some extra money from home?

When you get the referral…
1. Call them and introduce yourself as a friend of your previous prospect
2. Compliment them from whatever your previous prospect told you about them and see what common grounds you have, build some rapport and make a friend.
3. “new prospect,” “John old prospect” told me you were a real go getter and your doing awesome in the _____industry. From talking to john you seem like someone I wanted to meet/connect with.

Since your a (compliment here) I was wondering if you keep your options open when it comes to making money?
4. Boom lead! ( if he says no, ask him who he knows that would be interested)

Constantly Create A New Warm Market

If you have been following me for awhile you know that the easiest way to do this is using facebook.  Facebook is the #1 warm market creation tool.  Heres a video that shows how to constantly create a new warm market…

Create A New Warm Market Offline

Its pretty amazing how many people go through their entire days without connecting to anyone.  I always thought that was strange.  This is going to seem pretty basic, but it works. Ever smile at someone down the street and then they just look away? Yep thats them.  Even a smile can do a lot for you.  Most people are not smiling when you go throughout your day.  I can’t help but smile but if you can start smiling you seem different to people and may start talking to them.
