Top 5 Reasons Job Sucks

Bottom line is JOB sucks.  Now hold your horses there cowboy don’t go into this post all hot and heavy.  Ok ok so maybe all jobs don’t suck, maybe your part of the about 15% of people that like their job.  For the most part, all the jobs I ever had….they suck.  So todays post is going to focus on how to eliminate your job (if you want) and why I will personally never have a 9-5 ever again.

I have not had a real JOB since I was 17 years old.  When I was 18 I started a real estate investment company and was self employed.  After that I turned to network marketing.  However over the summer my dad was completely revamping his office, switching brokers, and lots of crazy stuff going on.  He asked me and my friend brian to come in and help out for a week….never be doing that again lol.

No MORE J-O-Bs They Stink!

5. Traffic When I was In NJ to help my dad we drove 1.5 hours each way to office.  NJ is known for their traffic but still that was a big waste of time.

4. Paper work I was about ready to scratch my eyes out from doing paperwork.  Half the stuff you do you wonder if anyone even ever looks at it again.  I officially hate doing paperwork, I don’t think I’m going to do that ever again.

3. Office Politics and Da Boss oh, its break time.  Lets all gather around for coffee or talk about so in sos new husband.  “When’s the boss going to give me a raise.”  “Can you believe vicky parked her car where I usually park my car.”  I heard so petty little things I was ready to yank my ears off.  At a break it was a time for constant negativity, CNN was on  which i like to call “constantly negative news,” and everyone was scared of the boss. Doesn’t sound like the best work environment.

2. Income Cap In most jobs you have an a limit on how much you can earn or you make a fixed salary.  But if you work harder, make more sales, create more business for the company shouldn’t you get paid for it? Ok, I know their are some jobs out their without income caps like certain sales positions but not all of us can or want to be in sales.  I personally don’t like sales, people always think you have to be good at sales to do network marketing but you don’t.  I don’t know why people think that, all you have to do is be an inviter not an explainer.  Wouldn’t it be awesome if every job had no income cap and if you continue to bust your ass you will earn financial freedom? hmm sounds like something I know.

1. Lack of Freedom

This is a big one for me.  How am I supposed to skateboard if I am tied to a desk all day?  I’m the type of person that can’t stand being stuck in a cubicle all day, especially 9-5.  Now there is a lot of us out there in this position.  If you like it, great stay there, but if you don’t why not do something about it?  “Oh but ron, I have kids and family that rely on me, its too late to make a switch.”  Great thats fantastic, all the more reason you need to create financial freedom so you can spend your time with them and doing the things that are important to you.  Obviously financial freedom doesn’t come easy and overnight, otherwise all of us would have it. I’m going to go more into this in my video below…

How Do I Get Rid of My JOB?

I thought video would be more important for how to get rid of my job.  Take steps toward doing something about it.  Nothing is going to get better for you unless you do something about it.  If you are waiting for the lottery or for someone to give you an over due handout…not going to happen.

Love this article! The main reason I hate jobs is time. You are on their time and told what to do and when to do. JOB = Just Over Broke! You work just hard enough to not get fired and they pay you just enough so you won’t quit! Good reasons you gave as to why jobs suck and why I want out of mine!

    Hey Ron,
You hit the nail on the head. People want to jump before trying to hop if you know what I mean. Good advice. The first thing people should is set a goal on what it would take to leave their job, then once they acheive it then they can go full time. Get content Ron
